We are seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Growth leader to own the sizable eCommerce P&L and the company’s web properties globally. In this capacity, this person will report to the CMO and will be charged with developing strategies to deliver profitable growth, enhance brands, and create stellar conversion experiences. We’re looking for a strategic leader who has experience driving repeatable and scalable results across marketing channels and tactics.
Your Day to Day
As Vice President of Growth, you would be working on:
- eCommerce Revenue: Responsible for all aspects of eCommerce including revenue, digital experience, promotions, and customer management across various platforms.
- Demand Generation: Manage the budget for digital marketing initiatives plus owned channels, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI.
- Impactful digital experiences: Deliver impactful digital experiences tailored to each audience (prospect, trialer, customer, partner) for each part of the journey (discovery, consideration, conversion, expansion, advocacy).
- Innovation: Build a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity, and ability to be on the forefront of growth innovation.
- Talent: Lead a high-performing digital and e-commerce team providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
What we’re looking for
As Vice President of Growth, your background will look like:
- 10+ years’ experience in web/eCommerce with demonstrated improvements of process, procedure, and revenue conversion.
- 5+ years’ experience leading and motivating teams in a global setting, and in a multi-product, multi-audience SaaS company.
- Experience with a wide range of Digital Marketing, Web, and eComm activities required.
- Experience in B2B and high-volume transactional business particularly eCommerce.

Annual Base Salary Range: $209,000 - $275,000 - $347,000
