We are seeking an expert in all things Partner (Channel) Sales, specific to IT management and support. This leader will understand industry-specific needs to drive results; including identifying new routes to market and closely collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D teams, bringing best practices to our global organization.
Your Day to Day
As a Director, Partner Sales - ITSG you would be working on:
· Defining the ideal IT Solutions Partner Profile to guide new partner recruitment
· Increasing revenue by recruiting, training, and supporting the ideal IT Solutions Partners, within a co-sell motion
· Assessing the existing Partner Portfolio and making changes to drive revenue as needed
· Identifying new routes to markets which include MSP, MSSP, Marketplace, and others
· Collaborating with Product and R&D to improve current solution functionality and drive new innovation
· Advising throughout sales cycles to fit GoTo standards for pricing, margins, terms and conditions, while growing pipeline and progressing deals
What We’re Looking For
As a Director, Partner Sales – ITSG, your background will look like:
· Proven record of establishing Partner ecosystems for SaaS products aimed at IT professionals
· 10+ years' of experience leading a global team of Regional Partner Managers who exceed revenue goals, leveraging Partners selling products in the IT management and support domain
· 5+ years' experience leading and developing new go to market strategies with SaaS products in the IT Management and Support domain
· Experience with pricing, margin, rebate, marketplaces, and MSP contracts

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
