Your Day to Day
As a Customer Support Specialist you would be working on:
Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone and email.
Initiate outbound calls or remote sessions with customers as needed.
Act as the first point of contact for external and internal customers, addressing incidents and requests and providing technical information.
Gather information from customers and systems to investigate issues with the help of next level support.
Work independently and collaboratively with other teams to solve complex problems while continuously improving knowledge and skills to provide the best possible customer experience.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your background will look like:
Candidates with previous experience in customer-facing IT support are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and analytical skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks.
We welcome applicants who have worked in a multi-level and multi-partner environment, with the ability to multitask, show enthusiasm, be responsible, and effectively resolve technical issues for all customers.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who have a desire to build a career in IT, remote monitoring and management, customer service, or another technology-based field, and have the ability to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms in English and in German, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner to all customers.
