Your Day to Day

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and enabling new and existing channel partners in Mexico. You will support our growth strategy by creating and executing plans to strengthen partner engagement and performance.

· Partner Recruitment & Onboarding – Identify and onboard net-new partners aligned with GoTo’s ideal partner profile, helping expand our reach in untapped regions and segments.

· Enablement & Activation – Support partner readiness by delivering tailored onboarding and enablement initiatives in collaboration with sales, marketing, and distributors.

· Pipeline Development & KPIs – Influence revenue growth by generating and tracking partner-attributed pipeline and opportunities. You will be accountable for clear performance metrics, such as number of new recruited partners, revenue influenced, and partner activation rate.

· Partner Engagement Strategy – Build scalable, repeatable engagement models and help maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins, training, and joint planning sessions.

· Reporting & Optimization – Deliver regular reports with clear KPIs and insights to continuously optimize partner recruitment and development strategies.

What We’re Looking For

As a Partner Development Manager, your background will look like:

· 2+ years of experience in partner/channel management, B2B sales, or ecosystem development

· Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders

· Experience working towards clear KPIs and reporting on business outcomes (pipeline influenced, number of activated partners, engagement metrics)

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in enablement or training activities

· Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting (e.g., Salesforce)

· Professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
