Your Day to Day
As a sales Enablement Systems Specialist , you would be working on:
Lead onboarding and ongoing learning for partner-facing platforms (Partner Portal, CRM, enablement technology) to maximize adoption and productivity.
Deliver training on sales processes, partner engagement best practices, enablement tools, CRM platforms, and market positioning strategies.
Develop and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, checklists, competitive matrices, and other resources to boost effectiveness.
Partner with Channel Operations to analyze performance metrics for Partner Managers and external partners, identify gaps, and prioritize enablement efforts.
Design scalable programs and resources that can be efficiently deployed across different teams, territories, partner types, and geographies to ensure consistency and impact.
What We’re Looking For
As a sales Enablement Systems Specialist , your background will look like:
Demonstrated expertise in Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and/or live audience facilitation for both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with partner portals, CRM platforms, and sales/enablement technology.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and enablement content-building skills.
Collaborative and cross-functional approach, with a strong commitment to working inclusively across teams and with partners.
Analytical skills and comfort working with a variety of sales and partner performance metrics.
