Your Day to Day
As a Trial Specialist you would be working on:

  • Trial Conversion — You will help convert web visitors into Resolve/MDM trials and assist with quick purchases, driving trial engagement and seamless user experiences.
  • Trial Engagement & Support — You will support active MDM/Resolve trial users through in-product chat, providing basic technical support and onboarding guidance to ensure a positive trial experience and maximize trial conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — You will work collaboratively with GoTo business partners (Sales, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Product) to deliver exceptional customer testing and buying experiences, as well as identify and address trends in the trial and website journey.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement — You will gather insights from customer interactions and feedback, report where we’re winning or losing trials, and share recommendations with the marketing team to improve our products and services.

What We’re Looking For
As a Trial Specialist, your background will look like:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support, sales, or technical assistance role
  • Experience with any MDM (Mobile Device Management) system is a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent interpersonal and soft skills
  • Sales or pre-sales support experience is helpful
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
