Your Day to Day
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you would be working on:
- Manage company-wide merit and bonus cycles in Workday, driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and automation, where applicable
- Oversee competitive compensation programs to ensure alignment with GoTo’s strategic objectives (for example: job family structure, bonus programs, recognition platform, and pay equity analysis)
- Participate in compensation surveys and conduct comprehensive market analyses to assess competitiveness and ensure salary structures are appropriately aligned
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners (PBPs) to review compensation for new hires, promotions, and transfers, ensuring offers and decisions are competitive and aligned with GoTo’s compensation philosophy
- Partner with HR Ops to develop business requirements for HRIS to configure Workday compensation planning
- Develop and present educational and training materials related to compensation policies, tools, and programs
What We’re Looking For
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, your background will look like:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in global compensation
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Attention to detail is crucial for this role
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
- You are someone who embraces change, adjusts to shifting priorities, navigates challenges thoughtfully and sees them as opportunities to learn and further develop your skills

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
