Your Day to Day

As a Senior Information Security Analyst you would be working on

- Deliver risk documentation and audit readinessrelated to SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 - You will ensure GoTo’s compliance by creating clear, actionable risk documentation and supporting the external audit cycle with a focus on new and evolving requirements.

- Expand and automate risk identification across all business units - You will conduct risk workshops with Marketing, Finance, and HR technical teams, and design automated data pipelines and integrations that unify risk signals from diverse sources, reducing manual effort and increasing real-time visibility for leadership.

- Advance AI-driven risk management and innovation - You will evaluate, pilot, create, and implement AI-powered risk intelligence tools, support responsible and ethical AI adoption, and help the team stay ahead of emerging threats by applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving.

- Benchmark and continuously improve GoTo’s risk posture - You will use data-driven comparisons to industry standards and peer organizations, facilitate cross-functional strategy sessions, and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What We’re Looking For

As a Senior Information Security Analyst, your background will look like

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or considerable related experience.

· Deep, practical knowledge of NIST 800-53 and hands-on experience with risk management frameworks

· Experience building or automating risk data pipelines, integrations, or reporting solutions

· Proficiency with tools such as Thoropass, Auditboard, or similar GRC platforms

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
