Your Day to Day
As a Salesforce Administrator, you would be working on:
Administer and Support Salesforce: Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and security settings to ensure everyone has the right access and support within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Configure and Enhance Salesforce Functionality: Build and maintain objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, approval flows, and more—enabling our teams to work efficiently and collaboratively.
Enable Data-Driven Insights: Create, update, and share reports and dashboards that empower all team members to make informed decisions and track progress towards our goals.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner inclusively with stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, and implement approved changes that streamline processes for everyone.
User Support and Training: Onboard new users, provide ongoing training and documentation, and resolve any issues, ensuring every team member feels supported and confident using Salesforce.
What We’re Looking For
As a Salesforce Administrator, your background will look like:
Hands-On Salesforce Administration Experience: You have 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, and are comfortable supporting diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills: You bring curiosity and problem-solving ability to the table, ensuring all users get the best experience possible.
Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration: You excel in explaining technical concepts clearly and work inclusively with people across different departments and backgrounds.
Experience Managing Multiple Priorities in a Fast-Paced Setting: You thrive on variety and are energized by scaling processes for future growth.
Data Management & Integration Know-How: You’re familiar with extracting, inserting, and updating Salesforce data using API tools (like Data Loader or Workbench), and ideally have experience integrating marketing or sales tools.
