Your Day to Day
As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll work on:
Project Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage, track, and ensure the successful execution of Marketing campaigns and programs, adhering to timelines and deliverables. Create collaborative, transparent and communicative partnerships with cross-functional team members including Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Brand & Creative, Web/Ecom, Email Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Corporate Communications. Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders.
Project Planning, Tracking, Control & Reporting: Assist with the creation, maintenance, and organization of campaign trackers in Asana, timelines, project briefs, and other program-related documentation. Define project roles, responsibilities, tasks, and assign ownership. Lead a cross-functional integrated marketing campaign team to make progress against milestones. Track progress of multiple program priorities and dependencies and provide accurate and timely project status reports. Escalate to stakeholders, functional managers, and/or senior management, as appropriate, to keep projects on track and react to changes in the product landscape. Assess potential impact, formulate risk mitigation strategies and recommend solutions.
Team Building, Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Organize and supervise the appropriate involvement of project resources; actively manage and address the resolution of conflicts within the project team.
Compliance, Tools & Process Optimization: Directly accountable for ensuring compliance with project management, portfolio management, guidelines, process tools and reporting standards. Propose, document, and implement process improvements as we continue to optimize and standardize Program Management throughout the organization.
What We’re Looking For
As a Marketing Project Manager your background will look like
3-5 years of Program/Project Management experience, demonstrating growth in managing increasingly complex and cross-functional integrated marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Ability to manage multiple, cross-functional marketing programs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Critical thinking and decision-making to optimize workflows and program outcomes, proactively identify roadblocks and recommend solutions
Strong relationship-building and ability to influence stakeholders
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
Experience managing projects and building workflows, automations and dashboards in Asana
Advanced communication skills in English above 85% (written and spoken) .
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate different time zones
