Your Day to Day

As an IT Sourcer, you would be working on:

• Working with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring team to understand requirements

• Source and identify qualified candidates, screen and support the interview & feedback process, and provide exemplary candidate experience

• Serve as an ambassador of the GoTo brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader Talent Acquisition strategy

• Work with TA Partners and TA Leadership, HR, Compensation, Finance, Senior Leadership to ensure hiring efforts are on track with the hiring forecast

What We’re Looking For

As a Senior TA Partner, your background will look like:

• 2+ years of research/sourcing experience for technical roles

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial/Business Psychology

• Resourceful, fast learner who is good with technology. Workday ATS and HireEZ preferred

• Effectively shares relevant information, both in writing and verbally as appropriate, helping to create a supportive and productive team environment.

• Proficient in written and spoken English
