Your Day to Day
As a Partner Account Manager, you would be working on:
Engagement: Reconnect with dormant partners by leveraging our Ideal Partner Profile and collaborating with Marketing and Partner Development Managers to drive ongoing engagement.
Relationship-building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both new and established partners to maximize sales potential across GoTo’s entire product suite.
Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them through billing, onboarding, and support processes to enhance the partner and customer experience.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including Billing, Support, Customer Success, Sales Engineers, and Account Executives—to deliver timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
Enablement: Participate in partner meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and customer calls to facilitate deal progression, increase partner capability, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
As a Partner Account Manager your background will look like:
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to actively listen, present ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers.
Brings experience in outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, managing multistep sales cadences, and engaging multiple stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
Proficient in addressing and resolving billing-related inquiries and providing billing support within sales or account management processes.
Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and deliver work in a fast-paced environment.
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and consistently demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills to achieve set objectives and deadlines.
Proven sales acumen with experience structuring deals, negotiating terms, closing agreements, and building inclusive relationships with decision-makers across all partner levels; proficient with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
