Your Day to Day
The Trust and Safety team proactively monitors, detects, and responds to external fraud events to protect company assets, safeguard our reputation, and serve our customers, all while supporting compliance and business objectives.
As a Trust and Safety Analyst, you would be working on:
Proactively monitoring and investigating external fraud events using log analysis, threat intelligence, and industry-leading fraud detection tools (e.g., Castle.io, Amplitude, Sumo Logic).
Managing the full lifecycle of fraud investigations; from detection, analysis, and correlation to resolution.
Continuously fine-tuning and optimizing fraud detection tools and operational processes, developing documentation, metrics, and internal policies for team effectiveness.
Communicating investigative findings, documenting decisions, and reporting emerging trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Providing specialized expertise separate from Incident Response
What We’re Looking For
As a Trust and Safety Analyst, your background will look like:
In-depth knowledge of fraud monitoring and investigative workflows, with proven experience in log analysis, open/closed source threat intelligence, and fraud detection tools.
Familiarity with Digital Risk Protection (DRP), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), SIEM, and identity or account abuse tools.
Clear, concise communication and documentation skills - able to translate complex investigative findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and critical problem-solving skills; able to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and risks.
