Job Description

Where you’ll work: Remote / India


As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce environment to enable productivity across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve issues, and help drive adoption of the Salesforce platform.

Your Day to Day

  • Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, including user management, permissions, roles, and security settings

  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, routing rules, page layouts, product & price rules, approval flows, etc

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and implement approved changes

  • Support user onboarding and provide ongoing user training and documentation.

  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases

  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and best practices

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced by our end users

  • Assist with testing, deployment, and release management when necessary

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification preferred, additional certifications a plus

  • Proven history of working in an admin role in large organizations with multiple clouds

  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities

  • Experience extracting, inserting, and updating Salesforce data via an API tool (Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools, etc.)

  • Experience with packages, integrations, and other productivity tools integrated with Salesforce

  • Strong working knowledge of how different teams use Salesforce environment to do their jobs effectively
