Your Day to Day

As a receptionist you would be working on:

• Handling the front desk activities of the office, including reception, managing guests, deliveries, office bookings and entry cards, etc.

• Assisting with team buildings, office experience projects and office events

• Managing inventory of food and office supplies, furniture and equipment

• Reporting facility issues to building maintenance and our IT group

• Supporting the day-to-day administrative needs for the team and the operation of our office

• Various ad-hoc tasks related to the office, employees and events

• Creating an experience that enhances the work-life of our colleagues

What We’re Looking For

As a receptionist, your background will look like:

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, Hungarian and English fluency both written and oral

• Proactive, a self-starter and able to self-motivate

• Detail oriented when it comes to supply management, tracking paperwork, inventories, etc.

• Not afraid to show your spirit, and enjoy smiling, laughing, and having fun!
