Overview

As a Business Registration Specialist, you'll be responsible for all corporate filings and EIN management, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. You'll maintain strong internal communication, sharing crucial information and collaborating with various departments. Your role will involve keeping internal systems updated and meticulously tracking client progress, ultimately contributing to client satisfaction and long-term success.

This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.

You will

File new businesses and EINs with the Secretary of State.
Coordinate with internal teams on client orders.
Address annual report inquiries from production teams.
Maintain accurate client data in the company CRM.
Ensure clear and professional internal communication.

You have

High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Actual compensation will depend on several factors, but the annual average compensation is around $35,360 +
