Overview
As an Onboarding Manager, you will own the day-to-day operation of the Onboarding team, staying highly engaged in live coaching, call reviews, and performance management. You will set clear goals, track KPIs, and fine-tune processes to remove friction, protect revenue, and move new clients smoothly from first contact to full account activation. By balancing active floor leadership with behind-the-scenes planning and optimization, you will ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.
You Will
Lead, coach, and develop Front-End and Onboarding teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
Drive sales performance and accountability by monitoring KPIs, reviewing calls, and addressing underperformance
Motivate and energize the floor through clear goals, daily huddles, incentives, and strong leadership presence
Manage scheduling and daily operations to ensure coverage, workload balance, and adherence to policies
Collaborate across departments to improve processes and ensure exceptional, compliant customer experiences
You Have
Proven leadership experience in a sales or call center environment
Strong coaching and performance management skills
Track record of driving revenue growth by managing KPIs and motivating high-performing teams
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
A high level of accountability, professionalism, and ownership
Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on floor leadership
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 + monthly performance-based incentive bonus.
