Advise on complex issues escalated by intake and fulfillment teams, including public charity versus private foundation classification, 501(c)(3) versus 501(c)(4) or 501(c)(7) fit, reinstatements, and Form 8940 requests.
Own ongoing technical training for fulfillment agents supporting the 501(c)(3) process.
Build and maintain checklists, scripts, job aids, and training materials that promote consistent, high-quality work.
Use Claude and other AI tools to support application drafting, technical review, documentation, and workflow improvement.
Partner with Service Delivery leadership on process documentation, quality assurance, operating procedures, and continuous improvement as volume scales.
