ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to build pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales team(s). This integral role within the sales & marketing team partners with the Account Executives on account strategy while leveraging Litmos’ internal resources to help drive opportunities and sales pipeline.

As an SDR, you will develop critical sales skills from some of the industry’s top producers. The skills you learn here will differentiate you from others and help set you up for a prosperous career. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects within defined segments and/or territories
  • Creating and prioritising prospecting initiatives to generate new business qualified opportunities to build sales pipeline
  • Qualifying leads via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Setting appointments with Litmos field sales to further engage with the best prospects
  • Understanding the product functionality, positioning, and messaging by segment, region, and buying group
  • Understanding the marketing and sales process at Litmos and participate in activities to enhance
  • Meeting and exceeding key revenue generation goals–completed appointments, qualified opportunities, and pipeline progression
  • Identifying key decision makers within prospective accounts to determine budget and timeline
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting appropriate follow-up to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Provide feedback to marketing and partner organisations on effective channels and messaging

Salary:- £30k - 40k base plus £12.5 - 17k bonus
