We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for driving the company's financial planning and analysis efforts, supporting the business with insightful financial modeling, data analysis, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI. This is a hands-on role that will play a critical part in building robust financial plans and helping steer the company's financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models that support the company's strategic objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, analyze key trends, and assess financial impacts.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, to senior leadership.
- Utilize Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI to extract, analyze, and report data effectively.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial reporting and planning activities.
- Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed, supporting business initiatives and strategic goals.
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial results and data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create complex models and scenarios.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the SaaS industry, or high-growth and technology-driven environment.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI or similar tools.
- Working with large raw datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Salary:- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary, plus 10% bonus
