Role Overview
The SVP of Revenue Operations will be responsible for designing and executing the operational backbone of our go-to-market strategy. This leader will oversee marketing operations, sales operations, and customer success operations, ensuring that all revenue-generating functions are aligned, efficient, and scalable. They will drive streamlined & efficient processes enabling AI optimization throughout the GTM funnel. This leader will drive operational strategy in partnership with GTM strategy. You’ll own and build the business intelligence hub for data-driven decision-making across GTM, and you’ll deliver accurate revenue forecasting to support sustainable growth across international markets. You’ll procure and oversee the procurement, effective usage, and optimization of our GTM tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Build and lead the Global Revenue Operations function, covering Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, GTM Intelligence, and GTM technology.
- Partner with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and GTM leaders to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle.
- Define and refine GTM strategy, operational models, and key success metrics.
- Create a high-performing, inclusive, engaged, growth environment within your dispersed team
- Process Optimization & Enablement
- Design and scale repeatable, efficient processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Implement best practices for lead management, pipeline management, account planning, customer retention, and expansion.
- Champion cross-functional process improvements to reduce friction and accelerate growth.
- Data, Systems & Insights
- Own the revenue tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, CS tools, analytics platforms), ensuring it scales with business growth.
- Establish and maintain a unified data model across the customer journey.
- Deliver actionable insights and dashboards to enable executive decision-making.
- Revenue Forecasting & Planning
- Build accurate forecasting models and revenue reporting frameworks across regions and segments.
- Partner with Finance and regional leaders to deliver predictable revenue outcomes.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation.
- International Operations
- Ensure operational excellence across multiple geographies and customer segments.
- Tailor GTM processes to regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Support international expansion through scalable systems, processes, and playbooks.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record leading global teams across marketing, sales, and customer success operations.
- Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline velocity).
- Strong background in forecasting, planning, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated success implementing and managing revenue tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Gainsight, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to operate at both executive and tactical levels.
Salary: 250k - 275k base plus 35% bonus
