The Manager, Product Evangelism & GTM Execution is a product-forward role responsible for ensuring Litmos’ product strategy, roadmap context, and positioning are clearly and consistently represented across Go-to-Market teams, analyst interactions, and select customer-facing moments. Reporting into the Vice President, Learning Experience & Enablement - with a dotted-line partnership to Product – this role operates as a primary execution partner to Product and Product Marketing, translating product direction into field-ready narratives, assets, and guidance.
This role works closely with Product and Product Marketing to support product launches, roadmap communication, competitive context, and ongoing product clarity across Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and the analyst ecosystem. Enablement execution is a core responsibility, serving as the mechanism by which product intent is operationalized and reinforced in the market.
The Manager, Product Evangelism & GTM Execution also supports selective field participation to reinforce product credibility, validate messaging, and capture high-quality feedback that strengthens product alignment and GTM readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Product Representation & Field Engagement
- Reinforce product credibility and clarity in strategic sales, expansion, and retention engagements, grounding conversations in Litmos’ value, differentiation, and use cases.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams in high-impact customer conversations where product depth, context, and confidence are required.
- Support delivery of product-led presentations, demos, and narratives aligned to approved messaging, launch materials, and enablement frameworks.
- Participate in select webinars, customer sessions, and industry forums to represent Litmos’ product capabilities, in partnership with Product leadership and the VP, Learning Experience & Enablement.
- Reinforce consistent product storytelling in the field, adapting delivery by audience while maintaining narrative integrity and alignment to approved positioning.
Product Launch & GTM Execution
- Coordinate field-facing deliverables for Sales, Customer Success, and Partners, including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and training materials.
- Support product launches and releases by translating approved product inputs and messaging into field-ready assets and guidance.
- Maintain enablement calendars, launch timelines, and readiness checklists in close partnership with Product Marketing and Product.
- Support onboarding and ongoing GTM updates tied to product releases, competitive changes, and evolving priorities.
- Ensure field-facing materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with approved messaging, positioning, and product direction.
Analyst Relations Support & Execution
- Support Litmos’ analyst relations program by coordinating and executing product-focused analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Communications/PR to prepare product narratives, briefing materials, and demo support for analyst interactions.
- Ensure analyst-facing materials accurately reflect product strategy, roadmap context, and approved positioning.
- Track analyst feedback, questions, and themes, synthesizing insights to inform Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement priorities.
- Support analyst research cycles, report participation, and evaluation processes through preparation, coordination, and execution support.
Product Feedback, Signal, & Voice of the Field
- Conduct and support competitive, customer, and market research to inform product representation, analyst engagement, and GTM readiness.
- Capture and synthesize structured feedback from sales calls, customer engagements, analyst interactions, and market conversations.
- Support win/loss analysis and voice-of-customer inputs, helping surface patterns and insights to inform Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement priorities.
- Feed high-quality field and analyst signal back to Product Marketing, Product, and the VP, Learning Experience & Enablement to improve clarity, readiness, and execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a connective layer between Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to ensure consistent product understanding and execution.
- Track requests, inputs, approvals, and delivery timelines across stakeholders.
- Support Customer Advisory Boards and executive customer conversations as a contributor, ensuring insights are captured and routed appropriately.
- Partner closely with the VP, Learning Experience & Enablement to ensure consistent execution of product representation, GTM readiness, and field engagement priorities.
Salary
- 115,000 - 140,000 base plus 10 - 15% bonus.
