About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced finance professionals, contribute to meaningful business decisions, and build a strong foundation in corporate finance. You'll gain real-world exposure to forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration
What You'll Do
- Support the development and maintenance of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
- Build and refine cash flow models to support liquidity planning and scenario analysis
- Perform variance analysis — comparing actuals to budget and forecast — and help identify key drivers of performance
- Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to gather data inputs and provide financial insights
- Assist in month-end close processes, including data validation and reporting
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related business field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with financial modeling is a plus)
- Effective communicator — able to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Experience with financial software or BI tools
- Familiarity with financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
- Prior internship or coursework experience in finance or accounting
What You'll Get
- Paid internship
- Dedicated mentorship from senior FP&A professionals and finance leadership throughout the summer
- A structured remote experience with regular check-ins, team touchpoints, and professional development sessions
- Exposure to real business challenges and strategic financial decisions
- Networking opportunities across the finance organization and broader company
As a learning company we believe in the potential of everyone; if you don't have experience in all the details mentioned in this job post, then we still encourage you to apply and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
