LiveU Japan is seeking to hire an Operation and Admin Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for operational, administrative, and financial tasks, ensuring the rest of the team has the necessary support to work efficiently.

Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and executing the day-to-day administrative activity of the company’s office such as mail, visitors, etc.
  • Managing Japan's operations and logistics related to the sales activities of direct and indirect customers.
  • Managing and facilitating LiveU Japan's operational activities, including stock management, local shipments to and from customers, international shipments, and support-related activities
  • Responsible for the daily office maintenance including communication with the building management and maintenance, equipment provider, etc.
  • Managing operational tasks such as communication with suppliers, purchasing, placing PO, payment process, marketing activities. etc.
  • Handling operational tasks for HR activities, such as onboarding, new employees’ orientations, attendance reports, employee gifts, travel related logistics, etc.
  • Managing communication between HQ and Japanese authorities/local service providers.
  • Covering order management, invoicing and coordination between local sales and global order management/finance team
  • Providing equipment required for sales processes, customer trials, local and international rentals as well as ongoing support and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative operational role in international companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
  • High school diploma: BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Independent, self-driven, creative, initiator, with a “can-do!” attitude
  • Problem solving skills, attention to details.
  • Ability to work in an international team with a teamwork spirit.
