LiveU Americas: The Americas is the largest revenue generating region at LiveU, representing 60% of the company business and serving the company’s largest customers with over 70 employees spanning sales, operations, support, finance, product and more.

As such, while LiveU Americas has a very close connection and communication with our HQ in Israel, they are also in many ways required to operate independently. By joining as the HR Manager, AMR you will be part of the Americas Management team, and will be a key contributor to the success of the team.

Location:

Our offices are based in Hackensack, NJ and the position we're offering is a hybrid role that involves 3 days a week onsite, in person work.

Responsibilities:

  • Member of global HR team, supporting ~70 employees, managers, and executives (primarily in the US). Act as trusted advisor and business partner for the leadership team and the AMR General Manager.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we hire the most qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Develop strategies to streamline the hiring process; manage job boards, agencies, and sourcing funnel including internal referral program, conduct interviews; recruit, onboard and retain new hires
  • Develop and implement of company policies and procedures. Lead the formulation and administration of HR policies and programs related to staffing, retention, succession planning, compensation, benefits, organizational and employee development, performance and employee relations.
  • Maintains knowledge of US Labor laws, HR policies, programs, legal and immigration issues.
  • Employee Experience: drive and lead LiveU Americas company events and activities
  • Manage human resources daily operations, HR strategy and programs based on LiveU business priorities in the Americas
  • Develop and administration of the company compensation and benefit programs and services (PEO, 401k Plan) and managing the ongoing semimonthly payroll by working alongside with Trinet (PEO) on a daily basis
  • Employee Relations: trusted resource to the team while handling the day-to-day employee inquiries as well as ad hoc and sensitive matters.
  • Manage the HR budget for the Americas.
  • Support the managers in performance management, leadership development plan, and talent management.
  • Consult and coach managers on employee relation issues, org development, org health and all other HR issues and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR professional in a corporate setting
  • All around HR professional that can be self-sufficient in managing all HR responsibilities
  • Self-starter but knows when to ask questions; intellectually curious
  • Highly organized, process driven individual with extreme attention to detail
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Employee oriented individual, with strong oral and written communication, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a collaborative team player with great initiative
  • Must have excellent judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of assertiveness and confidentiality.
  • Experience managing a PEO relationship. Experience with TriNet – a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
