We are seeking a passionate and strategic Business Relationship Analyst to join our BRM team In this role, you will help bridge between the business and IT, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals and drive overall success. You will foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, translate their needs into actionable IT initiatives, and champion the value of IT investments.


  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to understand their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for the IT team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing guidance on how technology can be leveraged to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the business.
  • Manage the lifecycle of requirements for assigned business units, including intake, prioritization, planning and measurement of IT initiatives.
  • Communicate IT project status and progress to business stakeholders effectively.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT service delivery and business process


  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Relationship or product management role, preferably within IT division
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent understanding of the business-IT relationship and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with project management methodologies a plus.
