Location: Germany/ Spain/ UK


  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Sales to execute demand generation activities that meet tactical and strategic objectives.
  • B2B Marketing Programs: Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to drive business growth in the EMEA region.
  • Field Marketing: Lead and execute events, emails, webinars, and partnerships. Communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • Program Monitoring: Track efficacy, cost, and ROI of programs; present findings and recommend improvements.
  • Content Creation: Lead content creation and localization with the global Marketing team, ensuring brand compliance.
  • Sales Representation: Represent Marketing at Sales QBRs and meetings.
  • Marketing Programs: Deliver high-performing online and offline programs focused on account-based marketing.
  • Content Generation: Create engaging content (case studies, videos, blogs, social media, etc.) to position LiveU as a market leader in EMEA.
  • Collaboration:** Work with Sales leaders and teams to meet business and marketing needs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry and marketing trends in local markets.
  • Support Goals: Support overall marketing team goals and ensure regional success.
  • Travel: Occasionally travel regionally and globally for work.
  • Program Analysis: Analyze marketing outcomes, draw insights, and present results to inform decisions.
  • Budget Management: Adhere to the EMEA marketing budget and prioritize activities based on value metrics.

Basic requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a demand generation role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or Media and Entertainment Technology space or a complex technical market with longer sales cycles.
  • Experience of managing the localisation, translation, and optimisation of global campaigns for regional markets, as well as the creation of bespoke campaigns to serve local needs.
  • Proven work experience in writing digital and customer-facing content. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
  • Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales for common goals.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans.
  • Experience of marketing recurring revenue/software-based products.
  • Good understanding of how to analyse and optimise conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel.
