LiveU is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive solutions to complex technical issues via telephone support, manage customer support cases received through email and phone calls, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and processes. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Sales team on-site as a trusted advisor when required.

Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in - English – Must
• Technical understanding and experience in Linux environment - advantage
• Experience in technical support Tier 1
• Experience in video – Advantage
• Experience in Online streaming (CDN) – Advantage
• Experience in telecommunication – Advantage
• Experience in dynamic, fast paced, hi-tech environment – Advantage
