Description
LiveU is seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our highly successful team to both manage and further develop business opportunities for LiveU products and solutions in the broadcast, media, production and sports markets. You will be responsible for several prestigious clients and identifying new opportunities by developing and executing business plans, managing customer relationships and meeting business goals. You will work in collaboration with the sales engineering team, Global Support, Operations, Finance and Marketing and more.

When you watch live television or live video online there is a good chance that the content is transmitted using LiveU technology. We work with TV networks, online video destinations, newspapers and magazines, leading blogs, sports organizations, production houses, and any sector or company that needs to send video and audio in real-time with the best quality and the lowest latency.
Responsibility:
· Responsible for revenue in your region, setting goals, and building the sales plan
· Assign, manage, and work with distribution channels in the region
· Business development and demand generation / hunting
· Develop and implement strategies to increase business
· Create demand through seminars and roadshows presenting the company solutions
· Drive short-term revenues and establish long-term strategic relationships with customers
· Lead product demonstrations, bid preparation and contract negotiations
· Work in coordination and collaboration with other departments for product support or technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
· Degree in relevant field.
· At least 3 years of experience selling solutions in the technology and high-tech market in Italy
· Deep knowledge of the broadcast , public sector and/or online market
· Experience with distributors and channel management.
· Demonstrated history of sales achievements including growing sales and development of new business.
· Good technical understanding and ability to demonstrate complex solutions and discuss technical features in detail.
· Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills in English and Italian. Spanish language skills are valuable.
· Independent, self-driven, creative, proactive, “can-do!” attitude.
· Ability and willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
