Position: Sales Manager (DACH Region)
Location: Germany
Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager for LiveU in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our presence in a dynamic, high-growth territory. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with expertise in the broadcast and/or online video market, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of success in channel management and direct sales.
Responsibility:
- Revenue Growth: Set ambitious sales targets, build comprehensive sales plans, and take full ownership of revenue in your region.
- Channel Management: Assign, manage, and nurture relationships with distribution partners to maximize reach and performance.
- Strategic Development: Craft and execute strategies that drive new business, expand existing relationships, and achieve short-term revenue targets while developing long-term customer partnerships.
- Market Engagement: Generate demand through seminars, roadshows, and presentations to showcase LiveU's solutions and their unique value.
- Sales Cycle Leadership: Lead product demonstrations, bid preparation, and contract negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical and product support, to provide seamless customer support and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the technology or high-tech sector, specifically in the DACH market.
- Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the broadcast and/or online markets, with an established network within the industry.
- Channel Management Skills: Proven experience managing distributors and driving channel sales success.
- Sales Achievements: Strong history of exceeding sales targets, growing revenue, and securing new business.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in discussing complex technical solutions and applications.
- Language Skills: German speaker with fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, innovative, with a proactive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the DACH region and internationally.
