Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)

Reporting to: VP Global Operations

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will take the lead in driving quality and operational excellence for our cutting-edge hardware products and global processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will set and uphold the highest quality standards, conduct thorough audits, and implement impactful improvement initiatives. Your proactive, hands-on approach will shape a culture of innovation, reliability, and efficiency in our fast-paced high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operations Quality activities, ensuring compliance and driving for improvements.
  • Lead RCA and corrective action processes for quality issues.
  • Analyze RMA statistics and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee Manufacturers and Supplier Quality (audits, quality control, and QBRs).
  • Develop and implement global quality policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5- 6 years of experience in a similar quality management role within a high-tech hardware global company.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Strong background in quality studies and practical experience in quality management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels .
  • Hands-on experience managing FACA processes and tools to drive visibility and accountability for quality issues .
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written.
