We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA Sales Team. A proactive and creative individual eager to explore new markets in the technology sector. The role will conduct market research, provide strategic insights, and support sales efforts to identify and generate new business opportunities.

Location: Madrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market profiling across the entire EMEA region.
- Organize regional and subregional mapping for targeted outreach.
- Research companies, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to generate interest.
- Identify potential prospects based on predefined sales criteria.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Engage in outbound B2B sales efforts using marketing and sales tools, email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and product development teams, using data and market analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Residency in Madrid (remote work, with minimal office presence).
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for developing a career in hardware and software sales (full sales cycle).
- Strong research skills with an analytical mindset.
- Experience in creative outreach and prospecting strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics platforms.
- Previous experience in an SDR/BDR/BDM role (preferably in the Enterprise segment).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales generation goals.
