Position Overview :
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and innovative leader to head our Professional Services department. This role is responsible for the global implementation of customer activities and projects as well as for driving operational excellence across the organization.
This position is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep operational understanding, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional, global teams. Success in this role means driving clarity and execution through complexity, maintaining accountability, and consistently delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Implementation function, overseeing global order fulfillment from opportunity stage through the customer life cycle
- Establish and operate according to global processes, tools, and ways of working and apply the local adjustment as agreed with sales organization.
- Identify and gather the required technical resources from the organization for proper fulfillment of the customer order
- Own project progress updates, budget tracking, KPI tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Working closely with all other relevant fulfillment teams (e.g. Customer Success, Operations and Order Management)
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs between strategic and execution phases and split of responsibilities when it comes to customer facing activities.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, including internal process improvements and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management or Service Delivery
- Experience managing global and remote teams
- Strong background in customer-facing roles
- Expertise in process improvement and operational tools
- Involvement in business aspects, such as costing, questions and other presale activities related to services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Video Streaming and/or Telecommunications
- Experience in tech HW company
- Familiarity with data-driven reporting and executive dashboards
- Change management expertise
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
