About the job:

As the Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the cross-functional and internal organization processes associated with our product organization.

You will own the full execution of these processes with all stakeholders inside and outside the CPO team. You will be working closely with LiveU CPO team to define, execute and measure the outcomes of these processes as well as execute special projects directly with the CPO. The above will exclude any product development program management (managing R&D teams) that is done by development team project managers.

Reporting to the CPO.

📍Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the New Product Introduction process with relevant product managers and stakeholders (finance, supply chain, marketing, sales operations, order management, etc.) across all of its phases from initial planning till launch.
  • Drive strategic roadmap planning process with product management team, at quarterly and annual level.
  • Track product KPIs, including product-line P&Ls and drive annual process to define quantitative and qualitative targets per product line / manager.
  • Own reporting systems and tools used by LiveU’s product managers to gain visibility into their product’s performance (Qlik Sense, FinOut, Salesforce) used to support these programs and tracking.
  • Prepare and run product quarterly business reviews with product team.
  • Prepare and run bi-monthly regional Product-Sales alignment sessions.
  • Track and own internal communications around LiveU product’s commercial policies, including: End User Price List management, Product Lifecycle policy management and cadence, high-level roadmap tracking and adjustments
  • Oversee technical writing team and own documentation of both customer facing user guides, and internal process documentation.
  • Prepare and track Product Org operating budget, interfacing on behalf of Product org with finance and procurement teams.
  • Manage special cross functional projects led by CPO in the company.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in program management
