Description
LiveU is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to lead cross-functional Salesforce projects within the MIS department’s DARE team. This role supports the Product department’s roadmap, with an increasing focus on AI-driven capabilities and integration with internal systems.
You will be responsible for delivering impactful solutions, ensuring architectural alignment, and driving collaboration across business, development, QA, and integration teams in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery—from scope to production rollout.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, challenge, and translate requirements.
- Align delivery with internal MIS architecture, QA, and CI/CD standards.
- Monitor Salesforce trends and propose relevant innovations, especially around AI and automation.
- Contribute to backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
About the DARE Team -DARE is the strategic execution arm of LiveU's MIS department, responsible for cross-platform Delivery, robust Architecture, platform Reliability (via the embedded QA team), and internal Enablement. The team leads enterprise system initiatives—Salesforce, ERP, automation, and AI—aligned with business and product goals.
Requirements
- Min 3–5 years’ experience managing Salesforce projects in cross-functional settings.
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Services.
- Experience in collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and validate requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Hands-on experience in Agile project delivery and tools like Jira and Confluence – a plus
- Proficient with CI/CD practices, release automation, and quality governance.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to drive execution through influence.
- Experience working with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft).
- Exposure to AI or intelligent automation projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hebrew, written and spoken
- Basic understanding of Apex code (ability to read logic). BIG advantage
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder) – a plus
