Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experience EMEA Sales Manager, to spearhead our growth across Europe. The successful candidate will combine a proven track record in broadcast and media technology sales, preferably software-led solution deep understanding of industry workflows, customer challenges, and market dynamics. This role offers the opportunity to influence market adoption of cutting-edge media technology solutions, build strategic customer relationships, and play a pivotal role in shaping our European growth story.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Set ambitious sales targets, develop strategic sales plans, and take full ownership of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Lead the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire process from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations, bid preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Expand market presence by building and deepening relationships with broadcasters, media groups, system integrators, and distribution partners.
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Create and implement business strategies that generate new opportunities, grow existing accounts, and foster long-term customer partnerships.
  • Market Engagement & Representation: Drive demand through roadshows, exhibitions, partner gatherings and major industry events while effectively positioning Actus solutions in EMEA.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales, product management, technical support, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, high-impact customer solutions.
  • Articulate and position advanced software solutions for compliance, monitoring, and content management to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Success: 5+ years of experience in technology or media/broadcast sales (B2B software focus), with a strong record of exceeding revenue targets and growing key accounts.
  • Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the EMEA region with an established industry network and hands-on experience managing distributors and driving channel sales.
  • Technical & Solution Knowledge: Ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior executives.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (fluent English is mandatory, additional language advanced).
  • Self-driven, innovative, and proactive with a “can-do” mindset and strong collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA region as needed.
