We at LiveU are looking for you to play a key role implementing the power of data and insights for business success. As a PMO (Project Management Officer) & Business Analyst, you will work closely with our different teams, managing LiveU's projects' portfolio and leading our cross-functional projects. You will analyze processes, effectively solve problems, and recommend ways to achieve successful business transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • PMO – assist in planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure business performance
  • Process mapping and improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Lead operational excellence improvement projects internally and cross functional
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations and support the implementation of processes
  • Create executive-level presentations
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 5 years of experience as a PMO, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Data-oriented with a background in systems analysis/data analysis
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize
  • Understanding of business processes, and their implementation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills
