LiveU is seeking a motivated System Modem Engineer!

Do you have 2-4 years of experience working with multidisciplinary systems, particularly those involving client-server architectures and hardware devices? If so, you might be the perfect addition to our growing team.

As a System Modem Engineer at LiveU, you'll play a key role in a collaborative, innovative environment. You'll lead critical technical activities, work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, and contribute to the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main focal point and knowledge expert for cellular and Wi-Fi communication, including 3rd-party modules.
• Lead the design, integration, and optimization of hardware devices within complex systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth system operations.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure system functionality, stability, and performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and drive continuous innovation.
• Lead global product radio and carrier certifications with external labs.
• Conduct RF system testing to validate hardware design.
• Perform certification pre-tests to ensure successful approvals.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Linux, radio, cellular, and networking technologies.
• 5+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary systems.
• Proven experience in client-server architectures and hardware integration.
• Strong self-learning ability and adaptability to new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with advanced networking protocols.
• Knowledge of emerging communication technologies.
