Description
We’re looking for a Talent acquisition to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will help shape the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will manage sourcing, candidate pipelines, and day-to-day recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers and HR to define needs, structure interviews, and support confident hiring decisions.

Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers & HRBP team to understand hiring needs and define role requirements (skills, seniority, experience, culture fit).
- Source candidates through various channels : LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.
- Write and post job ads / descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes / CVs, conduct phone / video / in-person interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage full recruitment process: scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, negotiating offers, closing candidates.
- Maintain candidate database, ensure data integrity, and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular reporting on hiring status, pipeline, etc.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Assist with onboarding and professional handover to HR & hiring managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition in high-tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter), job boards, HR tech/ATS systems (Comeet.), etc.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed must coexist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, HRBP, team leads, candidates).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently.
