As a PMO (Project Management Officer) & Project Manager, you will work closely with our different teams, managing LiveU's projects' portfolio and leading our cross-functional projects, especially those focused on customer-facing implementation and success.
You will analyze processes, effectively solve problems, and recommend ways to achieve successful business transformation both internally and for our key customers.

Responsibilities:
- PMO – assist in planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables for both internal initiatives and customer engagements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer-facing projects, from kickoff through final delivery and successful deployment.
- Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure business performance and customer success.
- Process mapping and improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams (especially Sales, Product, and Support to ensure smooth customer delivery).
- Lead operational excellence improvement projects internally and cross-functional projects.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in our customer delivery processes.
- Develop recommendations and support the implementation of processes.
- Create executive-level presentations for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of experience as a PMO, Project Manager, with a strong background in managing external/customer-facing projects (e.g., system integration, solution implementation).
- Data-oriented with a background in systems analysis/data analysis.
- Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize.
- Understanding of business processes and their implementation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, crucial for interacting effectively with high-profile international clients.
- Team player, effective interpersonal skills.
