About the Role:

LiveU’s Operations team is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate student to support operations system and internal improvement projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on, analytical individual who wants practical experience in operations, project management, and process optimization within a global technology company. The job frame is 20 hours weekly (2-3 days a week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support internal operations projects focused on improving efficiency, cost, quality, and turnaround time
  • Track project progress and support cross-functional collaboration
  • Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose practical solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for MIS-related requests, issues, and tickets within the Operations team
  • Coordinate with the MIS team to ensure timely resolution and continuous system improvement
  • Maintain operational documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Support onboarding and training of Operations team members on MIS tools

Requirements

  • Active undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering or a similar engineering discipline – a must
  • Availability to work two days per week and during holidays
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with MIS, BI, data tools, or AI systems is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and high sense of ownership
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
  • Previous experience in operations or project coordination – an advantage
