As a Project Manager & PMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving LiveU’s business success by managing our project portfolio and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will bridge the gap between internal departments and our global customers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of customer-facing projects, from initial kickoff through final delivery and successful deployment.
- Map and improve end-to-end workflows, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in our delivery processes.
- Lead internal cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business performance and organizational efficiency.
- Identify KPIs to measure business performance and customer success.
- Create executive-level presentations for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Develop recommendations and support the implementation of processes.
Requirements
- BSc /BA in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles, preferably in a global high-tech environment
- Data-oriented with a background in systems analysis/data analysis
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Proven track record in managing complex, customer-facing implementations and ensuring customer success.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, crucial for interacting effectively with high-profile international clients.
- Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize
Basic requirements
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or PMO, preferably in a global/tech environment.
Process Optimization: Proven experience in defining, implementing, and improving cross-organizational processes and methodologies.
Tools Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, or Asana) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and measuring KPIs and building dashboards.
Matrix Management: Experience working in a matrix environment, collaborating with departments like Customer Success, R&D, and Sales.
Communication: Native or business-level fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Industry: Experience in SaaS or High-Tech companies.
