As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving LiveU’s business success by managing our project portfolio and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will bridge the gap between internal departments and our global customers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

📍Location: Kfar Sava, Israel, hybrid model

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of customer-facing projects, from initial kickoff through final delivery and successful deployment.
• Map and improve end-to-end workflows, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in our delivery processes.
• Lead internal cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business performance and organizational efficiency.
• Identify KPIs to measure business performance and customer success.
• Create executive-level presentations for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Develop recommendations and support the implementation of processes.

• 5 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles, preferably in a global high-tech environment
• Proven track record in managing complex, customer-facing implementations and ensuring customer success.
• BSc /BA in Industrial Engineering or related field- an advantage
• Data-oriented with a background in systems analysis/data analysis
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, crucial for interacting effectively with high-profile international clients.
• Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize
