LiveU is a global leader in live video streaming and remote production solutions. Following the acquisition of Actus Digital, LiveU is expanding its broadcast monitoring, recording, and AI-driven analysis capabilities for leading broadcasters across EMEA.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with deep expertise in broadcast systems and architectures. The role focuses on mastering the product portfolio, leading customer-facing demos and presentations, and designing end-to-end software and hardware configurations for broadcast customers across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the sales group to identify customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Translate complex customer requirements into relevant product solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Become a product and architecture expert on Actus solutions
- Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle and after-sales account management for strategic accounts.
- Lead technical demos, POC, presentations, and customer meetings
- Design and build end-to-end system configurations combining software and hardware
- Represent LiveU at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings across EMEA.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to support successful deployments
- Maintain deep understanding of broadcast workflows and market needs
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in similar Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales roles within the Broadcast industry
- Familiarity with Go-to-Market strategies and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of broadcast systems, architectures, and workflows
- Hands-on experience designing software and hardware-based solutions
- Full professional fluency in English- must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally across EMEA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of video, streaming, and broadcast technologies (IP, SDI, SMPTE 2110)
- Background in broadcast engineering or systems integration
- Additional European languages – an advantage
