About the Role:

We are looking for a SaaS Solutions & Enablement Specialist to drive adoption and growth of LiveU’s SaaS and Cloud solutions across EMEA.

This role blends sales enablement, solution expertise, and product evangelism. You will be part of the Product Marketing & SaaS Sales team under the CPO group and work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to enable teams, support strategic deals, and translate product capabilities into customer value.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Enablement & Execution

  • Equip sales teams with training, demos, playbooks, and tools
  • Build and maintain a structured SaaS enablement program
  • Provide competitive insights and market intelligence
  • Partner with Sales & SEs on discovery, demos, and deal strategy
  • Support key opportunities and help drive conversion of trials to paid

Customer Discovery & Solution Selling

  • Lead customer discovery to identify workflows and needs
  • Translate insights into tailored SaaS use cases and ROI-driven value
  • Deliver compelling demos aligned to real customer workflows

Product Evangelism & SaaS Growth

  • Act as a regional SaaS evangelist across EMEA
  • Support adoption of new and existing solutions
  • Guide cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Support strategic opportunities requiring deep solution expertise
  • Contribute to partnerships that expand ecosystem reach

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Work with Product and Marketing on assets, demos, and use cases
  • Provide structured field feedback to influence roadmap and GTM
  • Align with SE and Customer Success from pre-sales to deployment

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Sales Enablement, solution consulting, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS models, cloud workflows, and recurring models
  • Solid technical understanding of broadcast / media workflows
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Strong communication, demo, and presentation skills
  • Experience leading discovery and managing POCs/trials
  • Experience in media, broadcast, or cloud production – advantage
  • Proficiency in using AI tools effectively (research, insights, enablement, content)
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA
