We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team for a one-year maternity leave replacement role.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the R&D and Finance organizations, support managers and employees, lead people initiatives and organizational change processes, and help drive a strong, high-performing culture in a fast-paced global environment. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and make a real business impact.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for R&D and Finance, providing both strategic partnership and day-to-day support to managers and employees.
  • Partner closely with leaders to support organizational growth, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management processes.
  • Lead and support wide organizational change initiatives, helping teams navigate transformation in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Drive and contribute to cross-functional HR projects such as leadership development, manager workshops, organizational processes, and company-wide people initiatives.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment, collaboration, and execution of global HR programs and priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, while also being hands-on in execution and operational HR activities when needed.
  • Play an active role in strengthening and evolving the company culture, while supporting business goals and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles within global tech companies.
  • Experience supporting R&D organizations and understanding engineering environments.
  • Experience leading and implementing broad organizational change processes and people initiatives.
  • Strong ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, with a high level of execution and ownership.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing organizational and people-related decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and practical experience leveraging AI solutions within HR processes and workflows.
  • Proven experience working as part of an HR team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Strong interest in innovation, process improvement, and integrating new technologies into HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
