As a Tools Engineer, you’ll play a key role in our product success and customer satisfaction.
You will leverage your tools development skills to improve the observability and analysis of our Digital Commerce Platform (DCP) product.
This position provides the opportunity to work cross functionally with multiple groups and have a direct customer impact.

What You Will Do:

Build tools to improve the monitoring and debugging of the MATRIXX applications
Write scalable and debuggable code aligned with functional requirements
Collaborate with architects and engineers on tool design and implementation details
Contribute to operation guides and general documentation to be used by internal staff, and later customers

What You Will Bring:

1-3 years of experience in developing tools to analyze and monitor distributed software systems
Strong experience with scripting languages, preferably Python
Familiarity with Cloud Native environments, including public managed Kubernetes services, e.g. - AKS, EKS, GKE
Experience with monitoring, tracing and debugging tools, like Prometheus/Grafana, Elastic Search and the ELK stack
Experience using Git and Jenkins
Good oral and written communication skills
Additional experience with UIs is a plus

BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent)

Base Salary is determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus.

$115,000$185,000 USD
