We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee our EndUser Computing, M365, and Device Management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective management of end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, and overall device management. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for EndUser Computing, M365, and Device Management.

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

  • Ensure the efficient management and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

  • Develop and implement strategies for device management, including software updates, security patches, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of end-user devices and services.

  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technology advancements.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to end-user devices and services.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of EndUser Computing, Microsoft 365, and Device Management.

  • Experience with device management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or similar.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a global organization.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
