As a Lead Salesforce and Oracle Integration Cloud Engineer you are responsible to Design, Develop, Test & Maintain end to end automation of enterprise applications business processes utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud, ETL Tools, Salesforce and related development framework.Partner with Enterprise applications teams to lead ETL Development team members to ensure timely delivery of work to business stakeholders.
Design, Develop, Test and Implement automaton solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud to integrate various business processes of enterprise applications.
Prepare documentation including Technical Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Test Cases other documentation as required through the project lifecycle
6+ years of experience working with Enterprise Application Integration including Salesforce, Oracle, Middleware and Service Oriented Architecture patterns and applications.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the Oracle Integration Cloud and Salesforce integration development processes to ensure clear understanding of technical requirements and design, while adhering to best practices for functionality, performance, and security.
Undertake hands-on development of key components for site releases.
Take ownership of Salesforce and OIC tasks and troubleshoot issues and core problems.
Research platform capabilities and identify opportunities relevant to the business and internal CIO roadmap.
Proficiency in a hybrid agile methodology and planning for a continuous integration development model.
Enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our core CIO integration technology platforms by influencing and establishing best processes through solid design, decisions, and tools.
Provide technical OIC and Salesforce platform leadership and demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to execute on deliverables.
Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate complex information systems.
Expertly and independently executes and delivers all phases of the development and configuration lifecycles with the highest levels of quality.
Serve as a recognized technical and functional subject matter expert in Salesforce integration with Oracle Integration Cloud and source of expert knowledge and technical mentoring.
Stay current on CRM and OIC integration trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills/Experience:
2+ years Design, development, deployment, and management of multiple integration processes created on OIC
5+ years Detailed configuration of Salesforce and Oracle integration landscapes for the proposed architecture for integration processes
5+ years FBDI based integration or Web Service-based integration
5+ years Middleware elements like API, REST, SOAP, Web Services, PL/SQL, XML, JSON and other visual-based integration middleware platforms
5+ years Integrating multiple SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Oracle ERP Cloud, Workday and Databases like Oracle, Microsoft SQL
5+ years Knowledge on design patterns for building middleware systems ground up using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms
5+ years Complex integration connecting various systems real-time or in batch mode
Proven experience in designing and implementing Middleware solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external clients. Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers.
