The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development of recruiting plans, sourcing strategies and developing new innovative recruitment approaches. This role will primarily support India, which includes Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Additional support may be required for roles based in Europe and/or North America. This individual will act as advisors to the business that delivers the best available talent within a process that impresses candidates and hiring managers. This position will also contribute to critical projects that support our recruiting HR operations.

What You’ll Do:

Full Lifecycle Recruitment

· Attract and identify qualified, diverse candidates through online channels: job boards, internal databases, forums, local social platforms, and professional networks across multiple regions/time zones

· Design and execute recruiting strategies as needed to attract highly qualified, diverse candidates of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles

· Build candidates’ confidence in Merative by communicating our value proposition convincingly so they understand our rich heritage, core values/culture, and the impact we have on our customers

Stakeholder Management

· Advise stakeholders of best practices at each step/stage of the recruiting/hiring process including business leadership, HR partners, hiring managers, and external partners

· Ensure messaging (role responsibilities, requirements, Merative value prop) is aligned across all hiring managers and interviewers within the process

· Work with stakeholders across functions to remove roadblocks to success, escalating to leadership when necessary

· Manage stakeholders across time-zones, including the India, North American & European regions

Recruiting Operations

· Ensure all recruitment data is entered in Workday in real- time to ensure accuracy in reporting

· Create accurate data/metrics reports based on recruitment activities and use this data to solve challenges and communicate successes within the recruitment process

· Earn and build credibility with business leaders by learning their business and providing a recruitment service that balances time, cost, and candidate quality

· Align with HR business partners to understand forward workforce plans and regularly prioritize/re-prioritize workload to ensure maximum time efficiency and critical hiring needs are met

Requirements:

· Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience managing full life-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on recruitment of passive candidates leveraging Naukri & Linked In Recruiter

· Previous experience recruiting for companies with limited employer branding presence and prior experience recruiting for IT Operations & Software Development

· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize workload to adapt with the business’s evolving talent requirements

· Excellence communication and interpersonal skills and ability influence stakeholders globally

· Sense of urgency and ability to drive results while removing barriers to success

· Growth mindset and desire to continuously learn and improve

· Ability to work independently and proactively update management and key stakeholders on status and barriers

· Experience working within a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) is required; Workday preferred.

· Previous experience working within a CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) tool is highly preferred

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
